My journey has been filled with lots of ups and downs but I’ve learned a lot of useful skills along the way.

When I first began as a Sales Agent, it took me seven months to get my first big sale. Now, we process multiple transactions a week. The difference is the tools, systems and processes found within this site and courses I have carefully created.

MY EXPERIENCE

Robert has a unique background of experience that merges business, real estate and hospitality. Robert’s early career focused on food and beverage. His experience working with some of the best michelin star Chef’s, Master Sommeliers and Master Mixologists led him to be named the “Almost Famous Chef” by San Pellegrino in 2010.

His focus then turned to the business side of hospitality with marketing and sales positions with some of the largest nightclubs, restaurants and resorts in Nevada and California. He now owns and operates businesses focused in the hospitality and real estate markets. His unique eye for hospitality service combined with his extensive real estate broker experience allows him to bring ideas to life through procurement, acquisition and operation of real property venues.

The Culinary Institute of America

Robert Crawford started his career at the world's premier culinary arts college located in Hyde Park, New York. In fact, Chef Crawford won the national Johnson and Wales recipe contest, which was broadcast on the food network, winning a scholarship to Johnson & Wales college which he turned down to attend the Culinary Institute of America. While at the C.I.A., Robert became the leader of his class and would spend the weekends at New York's most renown restaurant kitchens honing his skills.

University of Nevada: Las Vegas

Las Vegas was the perfect area to continue learning and growth in both the business fields and food and beverage industry. While working on a business degree with a focus on hospitality, Robert earned a Michelin star at Alizé, a modern french restaurant at the top of the Palms Casino. He then branched off into marketing manager positions for some of the hottest nightclubs on the las vegas strip.

Breakthrough Beverage

These positions then led to a unique position of marketing manager for Wirtz Beverage (now Break Through Beverage), the second largest beverage distributor in Las Vegas. While in this position, Robert earned his degree and created a unique position as director of e-commerce and helped develop the industries first online ordering platform for bars, restaurants and off-premise wholesales. While working at Wirtz Beverage, Robert had the opportunity to train with master mixologists and sommeliers daily. He honed his knowledge to the point of expertise that allowed him to focus on developing drink menus and training hundreds of staff for the largest casinos and resorts in Nevada.

Klinq LLC

Utilizing his Food and Beverage knowledge, Robert created and developed a technology company. The core product was a smartphone app and software that allowed users to buy and gift drinks at venues throughout the U.S. This gave him the skills as a full stack technology marketer while innovating the food & beverage industry to directly connect venue operators to customers in real time.

Keller Williams Real Estate

After successful real estate Investments in Las Vegas, Robert decided to become a full time real estate agent in the countries largest Keller Williams Realty branch in Santa Monica, California. Even though the Los Angeles market has fierce competition, Robert was able to develop a team and systems that repeatedly put him as one of the top agents year after year. In 2016, he became part of the executive committee to help steer the direction of agent services and operations before leaving to form his own company.
